A family of four in Kentfield with two adorable boys (3.5 & 4.5 years old) is looking for a full-time nanny to join our family this Spring! This position requires a minimum of 40 hours with an additional 10-15 hours of overtime each week.
With 2 active children, this position requires the ability to maintain the daily schedule including school drop-offs and pick-ups, a thoughtful approach to open communication and a bit of help keeping our surroundings organized and tidy although we have help with deep cleaning and meal preparation.

Their children both go to school between 8am-3pm and will need a mix of drop off’s and pick up’s during the week. In between time can be focused on Family Assistant work t help keep the household running efficiently and smoothly.
They are looking for a flexible candidate who is open to 2-3 morning shifts and 2-3 afternoon/ evening shifts with household support sprinkled in. Both parents work full-time positions outside of the home so it’s important that this candidate be able to take a proactive role while with the children as well as within the household when the children are in school.
