We stand by all our matches, period. We ensure your candidate is matched, vetted and on-boarded plus you have the peace of mind knowing you have a full 3 month trial period so that if it's not the right match we go back to work for you.

Unlike most agencies, our Executive Search package offers a full 1-year guarantee for your nanny placement. That means if your nanny doesn’t work out for any reason during the first 12 months we’ll start a new nanny search for you free of charge (no pro-rated discount).

Being aligned with your best interest at heart, we are able to sit on the same side of the table as you (or on the floor with the kiddos!) to design the search around our experience in the field and your family's individual criteria.

This package is for families who want the full Genuine Nannies experience but are looking for a flat fee option. 

You know exactly how much you are paying before we start the search and it doesn’t depend on the nanny's annual salary.  It's straight forward and gets the job done!

  • Executive Search: 17% of the nanny’s first-year salary

  • Full-Time Flat Rate Nanny Search: $9,950 flat fee

  • Part-Time Nanny Search: $6,050 flat fee (29 hrs. or less per week)

  • Temporary Nanny Placement: $1,500 one time fee (1-3 mos.)

  • Sitter Referral Network: $450 per Sitter

  • Doula Network or Executive Nanny Substitute: Our Doula network + placement services $450

  • Exclusive legal payroll and tax package: for families that want the extra one-on-one support that includes a personally drafted detailed work agreement plus we set up your tax and payroll account so on-boarding your nanny runs smoothly.
