Meet Our Carnation Family!
About the Family
This warm, health-focused family lives in a spacious, fully staffed condo in downtown San Francisco. They have an 8-month-old son and are looking for weekend care to support their full-time weekday nanny. Their home offers a gym, play areas, and easy access to outdoor walks along the Embarcadero and Salesforce Park. Both parents work full-time but have flexible schedules and enjoy being present throughout the day, creating a supportive and collaborative environment for their nanny.
Their Ideal Candidate
The family is seeking a dedicated, loving, and proactive weekend nanny with strong infant experience. The right candidate radiates calm, positive energy, is self-directed, and can manage multiple steps ahead while guiding and supporting the parents with expert infant care knowledge. Flexibility is critical—hours and schedules can shift, and the nanny should be comfortable with the fluidity of family life. English fluency and infant CPR certification are required, and experience with baby-led feeding, age-appropriate play, and Montessori-style development is highly valued.
