THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Calla Lily Family!
About the Family
A warm, active Woodside family is looking for an experienced long-term nanny to join their household as their family grows. They have a sweet, curious 21-month-old who will begin school next year and are expecting their second baby in December.
This is an energetic household where there is always something happening. The family loves the outdoors and animals and shares their home with a spirited German Shepherd and two cats. Mom also has horses nearby, so someone who genuinely enjoys animals, fresh air, and an active lifestyle will feel right at home.
Extended family is an important part of their lives. Grandma visits regularly for extended periods and is very involved when she is in town. She is energetic, productive, and loves to stay busy, so the nanny should enjoy working collaboratively within a dynamic, multigenerational family environment.
Their Ideal Candidate
Their ideal nanny is warm and nurturing with children while also being confident, energetic, and highly proactive. They would love someone who walks into the day ready to engage, notices what needs to be done, and naturally takes initiative rather than waiting for direction.
Strong infant and toddler experience is important, particularly with a new baby arriving in December. The nanny should understand early childhood development and enjoy supporting milestones through play, reading, conversation, outdoor adventures, and plenty of hands-on exploration.
This family will be an especially great match for someone who likes to stay busy and takes pride in helping the entire day run smoothly. A confident personality and strong communication skills are important, as is the ability to work comfortably alongside involved parents and extended family.
Above all, they are looking for someone dependable, loving, sharp, and grounded who can bring warmth and consistency to their children’s lives while becoming a trusted long-term part of the family.
