MEET NANNY: BIANCA

Full-Time - San Francisco

Hi! I'm Bianca — a dedicated and experienced nanny who takes a holistic approach to caregiving. I combine my background in psychology and anthropology with over a decade of hands-on experience working with children of all ages, from newborns to teens. What I love most about my work is how adaptable it allows me to be — every child is different, every family has their own rhythm, and I genuinely enjoy figuring out what works best for each unique situation. I've had the privilege of supporting a wide range of families, including ultra-high-net-worth households, and I'm comfortable with rotational schedules, international travel, and both long-term and short-term care arrangements.

I bring a calm, thoughtful presence to everything I do, and I especially love helping children feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Supporting children's emotional and mental well-being is at the heart of my approach, and it's incredibly rewarding to watch their confidence, emotional regulation, and sense of security flourish over time. I deeply respect the important role parents play and see myself as a steady, professional presence who enhances and complements the values you've already established at home.

Whether I'm nurturing developmental growth, helping manage busy household schedules, or simply creating those joyful everyday moments that make childhood special, I approach every aspect of my role with warmth, flexibility, and deep respect for what makes each family unique.

MY BELIEFS AS A GENUINE NANNY

I believe... I believe in respectful caregiving: meeting children where they are, honoring their emotions, and creating space for them to feel safe, seen, and valued.

I believe... I believe in working in true partnership with families, adapting to their unique rhythms and values, and offering steady, thoughtful support that strengthens and complements the care already in place.

I believe... I believe taking care of kids is about so much more than just doing a job; it's the relationship you build that helps them feel secure in the world and understand their own worth. How we treat children in those early years can shape who they become, and that's something I never take lightly.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A NANNY?

I choose to be a nanny because I love helping families thrive. It means everything to me knowing that the care I provide makes a real difference. I love the impact I can have in a child's life, creating days that are fun and filled with love, consistency, and respect. One of the moments I treasure most is when a child has had a rough day, and we slow things down just enough for them to feel seen, heard, and safe. That smile that comes afterward, full of relief and trust, that's exactly why I do this work. I see myself as part of the supportive foundation children already have, someone who complements their parents' care and adds to the consistency and connection that helps them thrive. I bring warmth, emotional intelligence, and presence to my work every day, and I feel honored to be part of that circle of care.

This industry means so much to me because caregiving is powerful work. It shapes lives, strengthens families, and influences the world our children will grow into. I'm proud to be part of a profession that carries so much heart and has such a lasting impact on the future.

PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY, STRENGTHS,
WORK ETHIC, AND VALUES:

I'm a calm, warm, and deeply grounded person who brings both heart and structure to a family's home. I approach my work with a strong sense of responsibility, emotional intelligence, and genuine joy in helping children thrive. People often tell me I have a calming presence, which has been especially helpful during big transitions like welcoming a new baby, adjusting to travel routines, or navigating those tricky developmental phases.

I value clear communication and mutual respect. I'm reliable, organized, and adaptable, able to shift gears when life gets messy while still keeping things calm and focused. I'm intuitive about what kids need, and I take pride in noticing the little things that make a big difference in a child's day or how smoothly a household runs. My strengths include infant care, toddler development, and working well with parents, grandparents, and other caregivers. I love creating activities that are just right for where a child is developmentally and helping maintain a peaceful, organized environment. At the heart of everything I do is showing up with care, presence, and integrity every single day.
