MEET NANNY: CLAUDIA
Full-Time - San Francisco, East Bay, and Marin
Hello, Families,
I have a background in teaching, childcare, and household management, which allows me to step naturally into a role where I can support children while also keeping the home running smoothly. I’m highly organized, proactive, and always thinking one step ahead—anticipating needs, managing routines, and handling tasks before they even have to be requested.
I bring a calm, positive energy into the home, and I love creating an environment where children feel supported, engaged, and encouraged to explore. I’m active and hands‑on, whether we’re doing creative projects, learning something new, or spending time outdoors. At the same time, I genuinely enjoy the behind‑the‑scenes work that helps a household thrive—managing schedules, staying on top of organization, and creating a sense of ease and flow for the entire family.
My goal is always to be a steady, reliable presence who contributes to both the children’s growth and the family’s overall sense of balance and harmony.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A NANNY?
I genuinely love working with children and being part of their development. I enjoy being able to observe how they’ve changed and improved on a day-to-day basis. This work is very meaningful to me because I am able to make a real impact not just in a child’s life, but in supporting the family as a whole. Being a nanny allows me to build close and lasting relationships and provide consistent care, which I think is so important for children. I also enjoy the balance of nurturing, teaching, and being active throughout the day. It’s a role where I can bring together all of my strengths and do work that feels both fulfilling and purposeful.
