MEET NANNY: MONET

Part-Time - San Francisco

I’m a warm, reliable, and organized caregiver with a background in education and over nine years of experience working with children of different ages. I naturally build strong, trusting relationships and bring a calm, steady presence that helps children feel safe, supported, and understood.

I love creating a balance of structure and creativity in a child’s day, whether that’s helping with routines, supporting emotional growth, or encouraging play and self-expression through art and hands-on activities. I’m a strong communicator and team player, and I genuinely enjoy working closely with families to keep things running smoothly. I tend to stay a step ahead and anticipate needs, which helps create a more easeful and well-organized home environment.

Alongside childcare, I’m happy to support as a family assistant, helping with scheduling, organization, and day-to-day logistics. I’m dependable, thoughtful, and someone both children and parents can truly trust.

WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A NANNY?

I’m drawn to nannying because I value building strong, meaningful relationships, and that’s one of my greatest strengths. I genuinely enjoy being a steady, supportive presence in a child’s life and helping them feel comfortable, confident, and at ease. In my work, I’ve found that I’m naturally someone people turn to for support, whether that’s children needing guidance or families looking for consistency and care. I enjoy being a reliable resource and creating environments where children feel safe to learn, grow, and express themselves.

I’m also interested in supporting families as a family assistant, as it naturally aligns with how I like to work. I enjoy helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, whether that’s staying organized, managing logistics, or anticipating needs so the household feels more easeful and supported. While my background has been in education, I’m especially drawn to nannying because it allows for more individualized, one-on-one care. I’m excited by the opportunity to support children more personally in their day-to-day lives while also contributing to a well-organized and supportive home environment.

PLEASE DESCRIBE YOUR PERSONALITY, STRENGTHS,
WORK ETHIC, AND VALUES:

I bring a calm, grounded, and thoughtful presence into my work. I’m naturally warm, attentive, intuitive, and very patient, and I value building genuine, trusting relationships with children as well as the families I support in school settings. My close friends describe me as caring, supportive, honest, and empathetic, and the students I work with see me as creative, a strong listener, and someone they can rely on for guidance.

One of my biggest strengths is communication. I’m clear, consistent, and collaborative, and I enjoy partnering with parents and caregivers to create alignment and support each child’s individual needs. I’m also highly organized and detail-oriented, and I naturally stay a step ahead to help daily routines and responsibilities run smoothly.

When it comes to work ethic, I’m dependable, steady, and take my role seriously. I show up with integrity, follow through, and bring a strong sense of responsibility into every environment I’m part of.

At the same time, I have a light and personable side, and I enjoy bringing ease, humor, and positivity into the day. At my core, I value kindness, honesty, and emotional awareness. I aim to create spaces where children feel safe, supported, and confident being themselves, while also maintaining structure and clear boundaries.
