THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Violet Family!
About the Family
This adventurous and welcoming family is excited to welcome a loving, capable nanny to their care team for their bright and curious 1-year-old. Their top priority is someone who values safety and their child’s well-being above all else. They believe a caregiver who combines warmth with structure and clear communication is essential. Their baby is transitioning into the toddler stage, so the right person will help this growth with joy and purpose.
The family also travels internationally and domestically, so having someone who enjoys adventure and is open to travel is a wonderful bonus. They plan to expand their family in time and prefer a caregiver who is also looking for a long-term commitment with plenty of room to grow with their family!
Their Ideal Candidate
They are looking for an experienced nanny who is confident with both infants and toddlers, someone who truly enjoys supporting early development through play, routines, and exploration. Montessori or a similar early childhood education background is a plus. The ideal candidate will be active, physically fit, and comfortable around the family’s energetic dog. This role calls for someone easygoing yet confident, great with communication, and aligned with Mom and Dad’s partnership style in the home. Travel experience, occasional weekend support, and the ability to adapt on the fly are all very helpful.
