Your role will involve caring for both children, preschool drop-offs and pick-ups for our daughter, preparing nutritious meals, and maintaining a tidy space for the kids. We offer a competitive salary starting at $45+ gross per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with additional benefits.

Qualifications:
Experience with young school-age children, providing attentive and engaging care.
A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating love and dedication in every interaction.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
Excellent communication skills, fostering clear and open dialogue with both children and parents.
Adaptability to meet the needs and routines of our family.
Seeking a long-term position with a commitment of 1-5 years.
To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience in a nanny role.
Strong English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both children and adults.
Impressive references from past employers, highlighting your professionalism and exceptional caregiving abilities.
Willingness to undergo two background checks: Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our family.
Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
