THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lilac Family!
About the Family
A wonderful couple in Sunnyvale is preparing to welcome their first baby and is looking for a nurturing, experienced nanny to join them on this exciting journey. They’re hoping to find a career nanny who can grow with their family for the long term, offering 30–40 hours of care each week. Although care won’t officially begin until April, they’d love to secure the right fit before the new year. Thoughtful planners by nature, they value a nanny who brings the same level of organization and foresight to their days.
As new parents, they place a strong emphasis on safety, developmental knowledge, and creating a calm, structured home environment. Both parents deeply value family and often enjoy having loved ones nearby, so a warm, adaptable presence is key. Mom works from home while Dad splits his time between home and the office, making open communication and teamwork essential for a smooth household rhythm.
Their Ideal Candidate
The ideal nanny is experienced, patient, and deeply knowledgeable about newborn and infant care. They’re someone who can anticipate needs, maintain calm under pressure, and create a supportive rhythm that helps baby (and parents!) thrive. A caregiver who enjoys structure but brings gentleness, flexibility, and warmth to every day would be a wonderful fit. Someone who naturally takes pride in organization, tidiness, and proactive communication will shine in this role.
