THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lilac Family!
About the Family
This dynamic Pacific Heights family is seeking a long-term, professional nanny to join their well-run and bustling household. They have two young children, ages one and three, and a home environment that is energetic, fast-moving, and highly collaborative. One parent works an early schedule while the other is a stay-at-home parent, so reliability, flexibility, and true partnership are essential. This is a staffed home with a chef already in place, and the family values teamwork, clear communication, and personal ownership of one’s role.
Our family has another nanny they absolutely cherish, and there is a bit of overlap during the day. She has been with them for over a year, and they work beautifully together. Anyone stepping into this role will be joining a great team.
They travel often and also spend time at their home in Healdsburg, so they are looking for someone who enjoys variety, can adapt with ease, and thrives in a household where plans may evolve week to week. This is a long-term opportunity for a nanny who wants to grow with a family and become a trusted, integral part of their children’s lives.
Their Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a confident, capable nanny who brings both warmth and competence to their work. This family is looking for someone who is self-motivated, highly responsible, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility is key, as is the ability to work as a true teammate alongside both parents. The right person will be deeply attuned to the children’s needs, calm under pressure, and proactive in supporting the household rhythm. Experience with dietary restrictions, including gluten-free needs, is important, as is a genuine love for working with toddlers and young children.
This role is best suited for someone who is in it for the long haul and takes pride in being dependable, adaptable, and emotionally present.
