THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Peony Family!
About the Family
This vibrant family of four (plus one very friendly dog!) is full of warmth, love, and playful energy. Mom is a dedicated nurse, and Dad works full-time, so their days are full, but family always comes first. They are incredibly hands-on, intentional parents who value kindness, consistency, and creativity in the people they welcome into their home. Their boys are spirited, fun-loving, and always on the go, thriving on outdoor adventures, imaginative play, and engaging activities that spark curiosity.
The family’s schedule is ever-changing due to Mom’s rotating shifts, so flexibility is key. Despite the hustle of their professional lives, their home is filled with connection, giggles, and a strong sense of togetherness. They’re excited to find a nanny who can become part of their team—someone who understands the rhythm of a busy household, loves dogs, and shares their joy for raising kind, active, and happy kids.
The Ideal Nanny
The family’s ideal nanny is warm, fun, and highly dependable—someone who shows up each day with positivity and energy. A flexible mindset is essential, as the family needs support that adjusts weekly to meet Mom’s nursing schedule. Experience with active preschoolers is important, and a background supporting children with ADHD is a big bonus, as their oldest son benefits from structure, patience, and a thoughtful approach.
They hope to find someone who truly wants to be involved—who gets down on the floor to play, heads out for daily adventures, initiates crafts and park outings, and treats their children as they would their own. Someone who can balance playful engagement with close attention to when the boys are immersed in independent play (or playing with each other) and can hang back and quietly observe. The right fit will also enjoy light family support tasks like prepping lunch and dinner, encouraging healthy eating habits, and keeping kids’ spaces tidy throughout the day.
Ultimately, they’re looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle to the role—a steady, joyful presence who supports their kids’ growth and helps their household run smoothly. Please note: the family is looking for a long-term candidate who can commit to 2-3 years or more.
