Our family of four is based in Cole Valley and seeking a part-time Nanny/Family Assistant to support them with their two children, ages 4 and 6. The household is calm, organized, and intentionally run, with a strong emphasis on consistency and a no-screen-time environment.

They have a beloved family dog that will be around and provide a family car for school pick-ups and adventures.

They are seeking a nanny who is confident in guiding young children through routines, homework, and evening transitions, while also supporting the household behind the scenes. Reliability, consistency, and a thoughtful approach to both childcare and organization are key.
Responsibilities
Childcare Duties
• School pickup (approximately 20-minute drive, family car provided)
• Preparing snacks and supporting homework
• Engaging children in activities and projects
• Supporting dinner and evening routines
• Maintaining a structured, screen-free environment
Family Assistant Duties
• Maintaining household organization and systems
• Preparing snacks, lunches, and light meals
• Supporting children’s projects and activities
• Light tidying related to daily family life
• Keeping the home running smoothly alongside an existing housekeeper
Must-Have Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must
Legal authorization to work in the United States.
Impressive references from past employers
Willingness to undergo background checks and DMV check
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
