THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Clover Family!
About the Family
A devoted single dad in Fairfax is raising two energetic young school-age boys and is looking for an extra set of hands to bring calm to the morning and afternoon rush. Dad works full-time and shares custody on a 2-2-3 schedule (the boys spend two days with him, then two with mom, then three with him, alternating each week). The home is lively and busy when the boys are around, but there’s also flexibility to add more consistent hours with family assistant support when the boys are at their mom’s.
Week A (Dad has kids Wednesday–Friday)
Morning care: 7:30 am – 8:30 am (school drop-off)
Afternoon care: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (school pick-up, homework, dinner, evening care)
Note: Early pick-up on Wednesdays at 1:45 pm.
Week B (Dad has kids Monday–Wednesday) Monday to Wednesday:
Morning care: 7:30 am – 8:30 am (school drop-off)
Afternoon care: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm (school pick-up, homework, dinner, evening care)
Note: Early pick-up on Wednesdays at 1:45 pm
Their Ideal Candidate
This family is looking for someone dependable, warm, and proactive who can jump in during the before- and after-school windows and keep things running smoothly. A candidate who enjoys both childcare and pitching in with household tasks will thrive here. Someone who can anticipate needs, manage transitions with ease, and keep the boys’ routines on track will be a huge help. Reliability and a positive attitude are key, as dad is juggling a lot and is grateful for a steady, trustworthy partner in the home.

Part-time role averaging 12–18 hours per week
