Welcome to our lovely Clover Family! We are excited to invite a dedicated Part-Time Nanny to join our household in the beautiful neighborhood of Presidio Heights, San Francisco. Our family consists of two adorable children, aged 2 and almost 5 years old. We are seeking a compassionate and flexible candidate to provide evening support and assistance on some weekends. Your role will involve engaging with the children and assisting with their daily routine, creating a warm and loving environment.
We are looking for a candidate who can start around 6 pm and work until 8 or 8:30 pm, with a commitment to a few weekend days per month. Driving and travel responsibilities are already covered by our current nanny, so you can focus on supporting our children in the evenings and on weekends. We value transparent communication, creativity, and a positive go-getter personality.
We offer a competitive salary range of $35-40 gross per hour, along with additional benefits.

Responsibilities:
Childcare Duties:
Creating a warm and loving atmosphere for the children, ensuring their well-being and happiness.
Setting appropriate boundaries, engaging in creative play, and planning age-appropriate activities.
Finding ways to engage with the children through educational play, fostering their growth and development.
Household Duties:
Light laundry duties, including washing, folding, and putting away clothes.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout the house.
Light meal preparation for the children and tidying up after meals.
Nighttime Routine:
Leading the nighttime routine for the children, including bathing, dressing, and bedtime stories.
Ensuring the children are ready for bed and tucked in at the appropriate time.
Qualifications:
Experience working with young school-age children, providing attentive and engaging care.
A genuine passion for working with children, demonstrating love and dedication in every interaction.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively multitask.
Excellent communication skills, fostering clear and open dialogue with both children and parents.
Adaptability to meet the needs and routines of our family.

To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 3-5 years of recent, professional experience in a nanny role.
Strong English communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both children and adults.
Impressive references from past employers, highlighting your professionalism and exceptional caregiving abilities.
Willingness to undergo two background checks: Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our family.
Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license (not required for this position) and a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
