4 Days Per Week from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
CHILDREN: 12-week-old baby
SALARY: $40 + Benefits & guaranteed hours (DOE) (W2 employee)

Responsibilities
Provide attentive, safe, and loving care, supporting early developmental milestones
Collaborate with parents to maintain consistency across schedules and habits, maintaining daily routines
Help prepare healthy meals, snacks, and promote healthy eating habits
Tidy play areas, pack diaper bags, prepare strollers, and support smooth daily transitions
Handle all baby-related laundry, general tidying, sterilization, and organization
Willingness to travel and support occasional overnights
Be flexible for additional hours as needed (with advance notice)
Requirements
Prior infant and toddler experience with excellent long-term references
An educational mindset!
Excellent spoken and written communication skills
Confident driver with a clean DMV record (family car can be provided, nearby street parking available)

Must-Have Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is a must
Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Willingness to undergo background checks and DMV check
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
