THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Poppy Family!
About the Family
Our warm and dynamic Tiburon family is seeking a new nanny and household assistant to join them as they navigate the busy and evolving seasons of life with their two school-aged children—a bright and independent 12-year-old girl and a fun-loving, curious 9-year-old boy. With both parents working full-time—mom traveling often for work and dad working market hours—they deeply value someone who can help create calm and consistency at home. Their previous nanny was with them for seven years, a testament to how much they care about and invest in the right fit. Their ideal setup offers a rhythm of mornings and afternoons, but they can guarantee 30–40 hours a week, acknowledging that some weeks require a bit more support. A car is provided for the role, and while they do have a house cleaner, they're looking for someone to help keep the family life flowing smoothly, supporting routines, encouraging responsibility, and creating a safe and supportive space as the kids grow into their tween and teen years.
The Ideal Candidate
This family is looking for someone intuitive, proactive, and grounded Nanny/FA who can jump in without a detailed list and naturally see what needs doing. You'll be the kind of person who can gently guide kids through the ups and downs of adolescence, support their independence, and step in with warmth and clarity when things get hectic. Whether it's organizing a closet, getting dinner started, helping with homework, or troubleshooting a forgotten permission slip, you'll approach each day with flexibility and purpose. They need a trusted partner who can "lock arms with mom" when big decisions or emotional support are needed, and who can help keep the household running with ease. The ability to go with the flow, stay calm under pressure, and genuinely enjoy this stage of childhood will be key. Whether you live in or live out, if you bring heart, humor, and strong follow-through, you’ll thrive in this thoughtful and loving home.
