THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lily Family!
About the Family
This fun, loving, and organized family of five (plus two pups!) is looking for a proactive, warm, and highly capable nanny to step in as their long-term caregiver prepares to relocate. Their home is structured yet filled with joy, humor, and heart. The two boys are energetic, kind, and curious, and their 9-year-old daughter joins them two days during the week and every other weekend.
The family is seeking someone who will truly become part of their team—integrated into the rhythm of their home and treated like part of the family. Their older son thrives with structure and support; experience working with children who have ADHD is a plus.
Mom works full-time and travels for a few days every 6–8 weeks. During those times, earlier start times are needed, but on most days, there is flexibility in the schedule as the children are in school. Family assistant duties can be handled during school hours. Occasional overnights would be a bonus, but not required.
This is a blended family navigating change with care, honesty, and lots of love. They value emotional intelligence, consistency, and a nanny who can bring both calm and fun to their days while keeping everything running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate
This position requires a seasoned, professional nanny and family assistant who takes pride in being a steady, supportive presence in a family’s life. Being proactive, attentive, and fully present when you’re with the kids, with the ability to switch into gear around the house while the kids are in school. If you thrive in a structured environment and love to maintain that balance, this family would be a perfect fit!
The family provides a nanny car for use on duty, and they’re looking for someone interested in a long-term position where they can build trust, grow with the family, and become an integral part of the children’s lives.
