THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Sweet Pea Family!
About the Family
This sweet-Sweet Pea family of four is looking for a long-term, part-time nanny to support their two school-aged children — a creative 10-year-old daughter and a sporty 7-year-old son. Both parents work in tech and lead full lives, so they’re hoping to find a reliable, thoughtful partner who can help keep the afterschool rhythm running smoothly. Their home is filled with creativity, games, and a lively energy — including their young, playful dog who’s considered part of the crew. They value kindness, consistency, and a sense of structure, and they’re excited to welcome a nanny who brings warmth and dependability to their busy household.
Their Ideal Candidate
The family is looking for a nanny who is experienced with school-age children and thrives on routine — someone who genuinely enjoys the flow of school pickups, snack time, homework help, and afternoon activities. A background in education or tutoring is a plus but not required. The right candidate is organized, upbeat, and calm under pressure, with strong communication skills and a reliable nature. You’ll need your own vehicle to help with school pickups and driving to extracurriculars (mileage is reimbursed), and a love for dogs is a must. They hope to find someone who can commit for at least one to two years — a steady, long-term presence who becomes part of the family’s rhythm.
