THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lily Family!
About the Family
This warm and active family in the Presidio is looking for a full-time nanny and family assistant to support their two children, ages 9 and 7. Both kids are curious, independent, and full of energy, and the family values playfulness paired with clear boundaries. Their home is lively, loving, and well-organized, and they hope to welcome someone who can help keep daily life running smoothly while also joining in the fun. Summers include time at their Napa home, where swimming and outdoor play are a big part of the rhythm.
Their Ideal Candidate
The family is excited to meet someone who genuinely loves kids and teaching. A background in education, tutoring, or youth leadership would be a great fit, as homework help and learning support are an important part of the role. They’re looking for a nanny who is warm, playful, and encouraging, while also organized and calm in the midst of shifting schedules. Strong communication, flexibility, and executive function skills are key. The ideal person enjoys planning activities, supporting independence, and being proactive about household needs. A reliable car is required, as driving is a big part of the day-to-day.
The Schedule:
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and proactive full-time nanny to support our family with guaranteed 35 hours per week. Our current schedule includes:
Monday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
Thursday: 7:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Friday: 2:00 PM – 6:30 PM
This structure allows for two morning school drop-offs per week (around 7:50 AM–8:00 AM), while they personally handle the other three. On full-day shifts, the nanny has uninterrupted hours to assist with family support tasks during school time. Afternoon shifts begin at 2:00 PM to allow time for dinner prep and household responsibilities before school pickup at 3:15 PM.
We occasionally flex the schedule to accommodate travel or evening events, and we’re open to discussing alternative arrangements. However, Monday morning drop-off is essential, and coverage for at least one additional morning.

School pick-up and driving to after-school activities
Helping structure afternoons with homework, reading, and enrichment
Planning engaging activities for non-school days
Providing occasional evening and very occasional overnight care
Joining the family in Napa during the summer (commute or sleepover as needed) and supervising swimming
