THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lily Family!
About the Family
This lively and bustling Presidio Terrace family is seeking a temporary Nanny Family Assistant to support them during a transition period. They have three children, with two older children in school full time and a one-year-old at home who will be the primary focus of this role.
Both parents value calm, respectful, child-led caregiving and have had wonderful experiences with caregivers who are confident, grounded, and developmentally minded. They truly appreciate a nanny who sees the bigger picture, anticipates needs, and is willing to step in where support is most helpful. This is a household that values partnership, flexibility, and mutual respect.
The family has a dog and a cat, provides a family car for use during work hours, and is open to either a live-in or live-out arrangement for the right candidate.
Their Ideal Candidate
Their ideal candidate is a highly capable, warm, and confident nanny with strong experience caring for a young toddler. Someone who is calm, intuitive, and aligned with Montessori or respectful, child-led philosophies will thrive in this home.
They are seeking a nanny who is proactive, flexible, and naturally supportive. This family values someone who can balance excellent childcare with light family assistance, understands household flow, and brings a steady, solutions-oriented presence to the day.
Driving is a nice-to-have but not a deal breaker. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working as part of a team alongside another nanny while also being comfortable working independently.
