I like to be up to date with my work and maintain a schedule and routine with the children, I always take the initiative by asking the parents if they need extra help in other things, when he finished doing the planned activities with the children.
WHAT ARE YOUR DISCIPLINE PHILOSOPHY AND CHILD-REARING VALUES?
I feel that having discipline is not easy for children but consistency is required and that is what I transmit to them. Personally, always being focused on teaching them good behaviors and manners is the best way to raise children.
WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST CHALLENGE AS A NANNY OR WHILE WORKING WITH A FAMILY?
I think the biggest challenge is learning what every child and parent needs to care for the children effectively. Every family has different requirements and expectations like cultural and ethical differences, so adjusting to meet them can be tough.
WHAT ARE YOUR HOBBIES & INTERESTS?
I enjoy cooking, baking, playing ping pong, long walks, enjoying the sunset and sunrise, dancing and visiting new restaurants.
