I believe that being honest and having open communication with parents is key. I provide daily updates about what we will do on the day, when we leave the house, and other check-ins throughout the day if needed, and I also communicate before doing it.

My biggest challenge as a nanny is managing behavioral issues can be challenging. It requires patience, understanding, and the ability to calmly guide children toward positive behaviors.
