THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lotus Family!
About the Family
This loving family in Hillsborough is excited to welcome a long-term nanny to care for their growing family. They have a curious and spirited 3.5-year-old daughter who attends preschool every morning, and they are expecting a baby girl in early November. Both parents work in finance and have created a structured, organized home where their children can thrive. They are looking for a warm, professional nanny who will become a true partner in raising their children, with the hope of building a relationship that lasts for many years.
Their Ideal Candidate
The family seeks an experienced nanny with a strong background in both infant and toddler care. Someone who is organized, proactive, and a natural self-starter and able to plan enriching activities, keep the day structured, and help two little ones meet their milestones with love and consistency. They’d love to meet a nanny who is warm and nurturing but also confident in setting boundaries in a kind, age-appropriate manner. A degree in child development or early education is a big plus. Fluency in English is required, though speaking a second language is welcome. The ideal candidate will enjoy art projects, outdoor play, and adventures to keep their daughter engaged and active. A long-term commitment is very important, as the family envisions needing full-time support for the next decade.
