Meet Our Lavender Family!
About the Family
A warm, respectful Atherton family of four is seeking a high-caliber Household Assistant to help steward their home with care, discretion, and quiet excellence. This is a refined but relaxed household that values calm environments, thoughtful organization, and people who take genuine pride in their work.
Their home is active and well cared for, supported by a full-time nanny and a professional deep-cleaning team on Fridays. Your role is to ensure the home runs seamlessly in between, maintaining order, anticipating needs, and creating a sense of effortless flow in the day-to-day.
The family deeply values professionalism, trust, and long-term relationships. They treat their staff with kindness and respect and are looking for someone who sees this work as a craft and a career, not just a job. Someone who finds satisfaction in creating beauty, order, and ease behind the scenes will truly thrive here.
This is an ideal role for a polished Household Assistant who enjoys supporting a lovely family in a meaningful, long-term capacity.
Their Ideal Candidate
You are intuitive, discreet, and naturally proactive. You notice what needs attention before being asked and take pride in maintaining a home to a high standard. You are calm, grounded, and detail-oriented, with a service-minded approach and a strong sense of personal responsibility.
You understand the rhythm of a private home and enjoy creating organized, welcoming spaces. You are equally comfortable executing daily tasks and managing larger organization projects.
You value professionalism, consistency, and long-term partnership. Experience in private homes, estates, or high-touch family assistant roles is strongly preferred.
Above all, you bring a positive attitude, a respectful presence, and a genuine care for the homes and families you support.
