THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Holly Family!
About the Family
This is a focused and professional downtown San Francisco family who values structure, reliability, and clear communication. They enjoy a well-run home, appreciate a nanny who operates with confidence and autonomy, and prefer someone who thrives in an efficient, fast-paced environment. Both parents work full time and rely on a strong partnership with their nanny to keep days running smoothly.
Both mom and dad work from home but have dedicated office spaces so the nanny feels comfortable moving about the home. They live in a central, transit-friendly neighborhood without available parking, so easy access to public transportation is essential for this role. They prefer a nanny who can easily get to their home by Bart or Muni. The nanny doesn’t need a car as parks and activities are all within walking distance. They are also planning to grow their family within the next year and are looking for someone experienced with infants who can support them through that transition.
Their Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is steady, confident, and highly capable in a structured environment. They move through the day with intention, manage time well, and stay two steps ahead without needing reminders. This person communicates clearly, adapts easily, and maintains composure when schedules shift. They enjoy working with children who are curious and energetic, and they bring a calm, grounded presence to the home. Experience with infants is important as the family prepares to expand in the coming year. Comfort commuting by public transportation is essential.
