WHY DO YOU WANT TO BE A NANNY?
I'm most interested in Household Assistance. I've raised children and I'm ready for the stage when they are older and I tackle the day to day duties of running a household rather than solely taking care of the children.
PLEASE DESCRIBE HOW YOU HAVE TAKEN INITIATIVE IN YOUR PAST NANNY POSITIONS.
Spending hours of personal time schooling myself on the Developmental Milestones, Sleep Training (Ferber, Extinction, Chair Method, Fading etc), Appropriate activities that help children reach each milestone such as Physical Growth, Cognitive, Emotional/Social, Language and Sensory and Motor development. Understanding Montessori Method and even learning the Marie Kondo Fold!
WHAT TYPE OF NANNY ROLE ARE YOU LOOKING FOR AND WHAT ENVIRONMENT YOU WOULD BE MOST SUCCESSFUL IN
I'd like to pair up with a family who has older children and needs a combination of Household / Nanny assistance. I'd like to be given responsibilities such as household repairs and estimates, keeping vehicles up to date on maintenance, shopping, errands, driving, light tidying, organizing, meal prep, etc.
