This is your chance to see how everyone interacts — your children, you, and your potential nanny. It’s informal and fun.
Goals:
Observe chemistry and natural rapport.
Keep the conversation authentic and fluid.
Talk about logistics if it feels natural — otherwise, we’ll help guide that later.
If things feel right, move forward to a paid Working Trial (typically 1–5 days).
We’re with you every step of the way to make this transition as smooth as possible.
③ Working Trial
This is where you really see how things flow in real life. It’s also a great way for your nanny to get to know your home and rhythm.
Tips:
Pay your nanny daily for trial hours at the agreed rate.
Use this time to observe fit and comfort.
Expect your child to need a little time to adjust — that’s normal!
Have fun — go for a walk, grab coffee, or share lunch together.
