About the Family
This lively and bustling Presidio Terrace family is seeking a full-time housekeeper. They have three children, with two older children in school full-time and a one-year-old at home. They are seeking a highly experienced and proactive full‑time Housekeeper to support the smooth operation of a 10,000 sq. ft. private residence. This is a long‑term role for one dedicated individual who can take initiative, maintain high standards, and bring reliability and consistency to the household.

Responsibilities
Complete weekly linen service (Mondays), including washing, ironing, and organizing bedding and household linens
Perform daily housekeeping tasks: cleaning, tidying, vacuuming, dusting, and maintaining all living spaces
Manage laundry: washing, folding, and organizing clothing and household items
Restock household supplies and maintain inventory (paper goods, cleaning products, etc.)
Care for outdoor areas, including porch upkeep, and seasonal tasks
Coordinate with vendors and deliveries as needed
Provide occasional support with children (must be comfortable around kids)
Take initiative to identify and complete tasks that keep the home running smoothly
Prior experience in a similar role within a large private home or estate
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs
Trustworthy, reliable, and punctual
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
To ensure the success of our nanny position, we have established the following requirements:
A minimum of 5+ years of recent, professional experience
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
Impressive references from past employers, demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and exceptional childcare skills.
Willingness to undergo two background checks, namely Trustline and Nanny Verify, ensuring the safety and security of our children.
Valid U.S. citizenship or work authorization.
Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
CPR certification (if applicable).
Current vaccinations, including flu, Tdap, and proof of Covid-19 vaccination and boosters.
