Welcome to our sweet Lilac family! They are located in the quaint neighborhood of Noe Valley in San Francisco. Currently, they are seeking a nurturing and warm and loving part-time Nanny/ Family Assistant for their 9-year-old daughter and 5-year-old son.
Responsibilities include facilitating school pick-ups, any homework help and of course having fun with the kids! As mentioned in the schedule below we are looking for a candidate with the flexibility to commit to a part-time schedule but also work occasional full days. We can guarantee more hours with family assistant duties for the right candidate. They can offer a family car but it’s a nice to have if the candidate has their own vehicle as well. Additional date night hours are also a nice to have.
The family has a warm, positive vibe! Their 5-year-old son is a sweet, inquisitive little boy who loves to garden and engage in creative play. Their 9-year-old daughter is outgoing and social, she loves art, music and sports. A great fit for their family would be a candidate who is fun, energetic and who can vacillate between both children’s age related interests. They value open communication and a warm and loving demeanor. They think of this person as a part of their family and are only looking for a long-term candidate who can make a multi-year commitment.
The schedule is Monday through Friday from about 1/2:30 pm to about 5:30/6 pm. They have some flexibility on start and end times but can guarantee 15-30 hours per week for the right candidate. They are also looking for a candidate who has the flexibility to work a longer day when the children are out of school. This would mean that there would be occasional days that are 9-5. A perfect candidate would be someone who has the flexibility in their day to occasionally work full days but primarily afternoon-evening hours.
A great fit would be a a student or candidate with a flexible schedule who can increase hours as needed and who is looking for a guaranteed 15-30 hours per week. Someone with a youthful energy who is creative and active and who can make a long-term commitment to our family!

We are a blended family in Woodside Ca. with two dogs, two cats and a fish! We are looking for a wonderful full-time nanny to help us with our boys who are 9 & 13 years old. We can guarantee 30-35 hours per week between the hours of 12:30-7 pm Our ideal nanny would be someone who has worked with older school-age children and knows the drill - someone who is organized but also fun! We need help with maintaining the household as well as the family calendar, getting the boys to their activities as well as making sure to keep on top of their schedule and daily needs.
