THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lotus Family!
About the Family
A warm, welcoming, and close knit multigenerational family is looking for an exceptional career nanny/family assistant to become a valued long term member of their household team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a lively, collaborative environment where family comes first and everyone works together toward the same goal of raising happy, confident, and well loved children.
The position centers around caring for three young children, ages 3.5 years, 19 months, and 14 months, while also helping keep the household running smoothly through thoughtful family assistant support. You will work closely alongside another experienced nanny, as well as mother’s helpers and housekeepers, creating a true team approach to childcare. The family values kindness, communication, flexibility, and people who naturally jump in wherever needed.
The schedule is generally Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm. This is a live out position.
Travel is an exciting part of this role. The family spends several weeks each summer at their home in London and also travels regularly throughout the year to destinations including Miami, Hawaii, and Europe. Some trips are just a few days while others may last two to three weeks. They hope to find someone who genuinely enjoys traveling and sees it as one of the many rewarding aspects of the position.
The Ideal Candidate
The family is searching for a confident, energetic, and highly organized professional who truly enjoys engaging with young children and helping busy households thrive.
You are someone who naturally takes initiative and brings creativity into each day. Whether it is planning a new sensory activity, organizing a trip to the museum, signing the children up for an enriching class, or suggesting a rainy day art project, you enjoy creating experiences that encourage learning, curiosity, and fun.
You are equally comfortable collaborating with a team as you are working independently. You communicate well, read situations naturally, know when to step in, and know when to give parents and extended family special time with the children.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, emotionally intelligent, physically active, detail oriented, and genuinely enjoys balancing childcare with family assistant responsibilities. A grounded, confident caregiving style that provides warmth, consistency, and appropriate boundaries is highly valued.
