THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lotus Family!
About the Family
This warm, active, and down-to-earth two-dad family in Ross is seeking a wonderful nanny to join them as their children continue to grow. Their 4-year-old son is a bright, energetic preschooler who thrives on movement, social connection, and getting out into the world. He is currently in full-time preschool and will be transitioning to TK next year, with camps and activities already part of his routine.
Their 14-month-old daughter is a happy, strong, and curious little one who is eager to explore and engage with her environment. The majority of the day-to-day care will be centered around her, as she is home full-time and very much on the move.
The family values a healthy balance of structure and flexibility and enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle. Both parents work from home part of the week and are collaborative, thoughtful employers who appreciate a nanny who can confidently take the lead during the day while maintaining open communication. They are looking for someone who will bring fresh energy into their home and help keep their children engaged, stimulated, and thriving.
Their Ideal Candidate
Their ideal nanny is upbeat, proactive, and naturally energetic. This is someone who truly enjoys being out and about, whether that means heading to parks, coordinating playdates, or exploring local activities and classes. They are seeking a nanny who is agile, capable, and physically confident, especially as their daughter is strong and active.
The right person will bring a positive, can-do attitude and a strong sense of initiative. They will be someone who knows how to structure the day in a way that feels engaging and balanced, while also being flexible when needed. A nanny who is well-connected in the local community or excited to build that network will thrive in this role.
While the primary focus will be on their toddler, their older child will be part of the mix during mornings, later afternoons, school breaks, and occasional sick days. The ideal candidate will enjoy this dynamic and be comfortable shifting gears to support both children when needed.
They are looking for someone who can step in as a steady, capable presence, bringing both warmth and efficiency to the home. Someone who enjoys creating fun, varied days and who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly will be a great fit.
