THEIR GENUINE NANNY
Meet Our Lotus Family!
About the Family
This fun, loving, and highly organized family of five, plus two friendly pups, is seeking a proactive, warm, and capable nanny to become an integral part of their home. Their household is structured yet filled with humor, connection, and genuine care. They have a 7-year-old and two 9-year-olds who attend school full-time, making this role a great fit for someone seeking an afternoon-focused schedule, typically beginning around noon or 1 pm and going through the early evening.
They are looking for a true team player who can seamlessly integrate into the rhythm of their busy household. One of their children benefits from clear structure, consistency, and thoughtful support, so experience supporting children with different learning styles or executive functioning needs would be especially helpful.
Mom works full-time and travels for a few days every 6 to 8 weeks. During those periods, earlier start times are needed, though on most weeks the schedule remains flexible while the children are in school. Family assistant responsibilities can be handled during school hours, allowing the afternoons to remain child-focused. Occasional overnights are a bonus but not required.
This is a blended family navigating growth and change with intention, openness, and a lot of love. They value emotional intelligence, reliability, and a caregiver who can bring both calm energy and a sense of fun while keeping the household running smoothly.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate is a seasoned nanny and family assistant who takes pride in being a steady, supportive presence in a family’s life. They are proactive, attentive, and fully present with the children, while also comfortable shifting into household support mode during school hours. Someone who appreciates structure, enjoys maintaining routines, and brings a balanced, confident approach to their work will thrive in this role.
The family provides a nanny car for on-duty use, so comfort with driving is important. They are seeking someone interested in a long-term position who is excited to build trust, grow alongside the family, and become a meaningful part of the children’s everyday lives.
