A typical "Nanny Agency" will send you several Nannies from their pool of candidates for you to choose from.  As long as they fit the general profile, you will have multiple candidates showing up at your door step.  That is where Genuine Nannies is different!  I take the time to come to your house and find you the Nanny that will best suit what you are looking for.  You will always know who is coming to your door, because I have personally pre-screened each Nanny based on our private meeting.  In addition, I only recruit for Nannies.  Most agencies offer a myriad of other fee-based referrals.  Finding you the perfect Nanny is my sole focus!
