To ensure I find you the Nanny that will best suit your family, I meet with you in your home for a private one on one consultation.  You will always know who is coming to your door, because I have personally pre-screened each Nanny based on our private meeting.  The Nannies I choose for your in-home interviews are picked based on your families unique needs, personalities and dynamics.  I truly believe there is a perfect fit for everyone. Finding you the perfect Nanny is my sole focus!

I personally hand pick each Nanny to match my individual clients needs.  I pre-screen all of my candidates through a 2-hour in-person interview.  I also personally check each of their references, as well as require that they pass a stringent background check through Trustline Registry.  Trustline is the gold standard of background checks for the childcare industry.

All my Nannies meet the below minimum requirements:

• A genuine desire to work with children
• At least 20 years of age 
• The legal right to work in the US
• Current CPR certification
• Eccellent references
• A minimum of 2-3 years of nanny experience
• Trustline and Live Scan registered
• All applicable vaccinations
• A clean DMV driving record, registration and insurance
