As new parents we were very nervous about finding a nanny and really didn't know what to look for, the right questions to ask during an interview etc.  Genuine Nannies was recommend to us and I must say, using Amy's service was the BEST decision we could have made!  The first meeting was in our home as she wanted to meet us in person, get to know us, meet our baby and know that her nanny too would be in a safe, warm environment. We thought this was super!  Amy did all the pre-screening and set up the interviews for us. We didn't have time to sort through a ton of resumes so having this as part of her service was great.  Everyone we ended up interviewing was SUPER. Genuine Nannies guarantees, if it's important to the family, that they are Life Scanned and have CPR. Our baby has a big smile when our Nanny arrives in the morning. She is always on time, and as soon as she arrives, she’s “on the job.” Our Nanny sends me text messages around lunch just to let me know everything is going well. If I ever need her to stay late she is happy to do it. The Nanny and I are becoming good friends and I know she really loves our baby.
